Meet the team of Directors

Ben brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry as a chartered Project Manager, having worked for both main contractors and market leading consultancies. His portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including industrial and retail developments, commercial office fit-outs, high-end residential refurbishments, heritage schemes, and large-scale development exceeding 1,000,000 sq ft and £750 million in total value. Recent projects include 38 Berkeley Square, Soho Place, 63 New Bond Street and 50 Baker Street. 

As Co-Founder and Director, Ben plays an active role throughout every stage of project delivery, from initial feasibility and procurement through to on-site delivery and final handover. He brings a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, commercial management, and programme control, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ben adopts a hands-on, solutions-led leadership style and is highly effective in coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, construction, and client-side stakeholders. His clear communication and strong leadership foster accountability, collaboration, and alignment with complex project requirements and strategic business objectives.

James is a Director and Co-Founder of the company, bringing over a decade of experience across all stages of the construction supply chain. He began his career in a client-side and main contractor consultancy environment, contributing to landmark developments including Battersea Power Station and the Bloomberg European Headquarters, before progressing into a Commercial Director role within a leading trade contractor working on industrial, retail, residential and commercial fit out projects.

Having operated across client, consultant and trade contractor roles, James offers a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of how projects are successfully delivered. He brings a strong commercial focus, combining strategic cost management with a practical appreciation of on-site realities, enabling informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle and has an ambitious drive for quality.

James plays a key role in driving commercial performance, risk management, and value creation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His commercially astute and solutions-led approach supports sustainable outcomes for our clients.
