With more than 20 years of combined experience across consultancy, main contracting and specialist delivery, Ben and James founded Jamlin to offer a more direct approach to projects.
By keeping the business deliberately focused, our clients work directly with experienced directors, rather than layers of management or being handed over to a junior team. The result is quicker decisions, clearer communication and complete accountability throughout delivery.

LinkedIn profileA Chartered Project Manager with more than a decade of experience across consultancy and contracting, Ben has delivered new build developments, fit outs and refurbishment projects from complex occupied buildings to high-specification environments, with over £750m and 1 million+ sq ft delivered. Known for his meticulous planning and calm approach to delivery, he oversees projects from initial strategy through to handover, ensuring programmes stay on track, communication remains clear and quality is never compromised.

James Turner

LinkedIn profileJames brings extensive commercial experience gained across client-side consultancy, main contracting and specialist contracting, giving him a broad understanding of how successful projects are planned, procured and delivered. He works closely with clients throughout every project, balancing programme, budget and operational requirements while providing the commercial insight needed to make confident decisions.
