A full CAT B office fit out delivered within a three-week programme. A secure, considered workplace built around the occupier's operational, regulatory and technology requirements.

Enhanced security and access control, glazed meeting rooms, integrated AV, joinery and a hosted breakout in oak and stone. Handed over snag-free and ready for immediate occupation.

Industrial refurbishment focused on long-term asset value.
A design & build full refurbishment of the warehouse and office accommodation, increasing the net lettable area and improving the building's energy performance to prepare the asset for its next occupier.
Outcome
Warehouse floor area increased by 807 sq ft, EPC rating improved from E to B, welfare facilities rebuilt and a modern, efficient industrial unit delivered within a six-week programme.

Three industrial units returned to market in two weeks.
Three vacant industrial units refurbished simultaneously and returned to the market as quickly as possible, clean, presentation-ready accommodation for immediate viewings and letting.
Outcome
All three units completed within a two-week programme. Mezzanine detailing, LED lighting, M&E testing and external improvements, minimising void periods and enabling immediate occupation.
